Come along and find out how St Kilda beach has changed.

WHERE: St Kilda EcoCentre 55A Blessington St. St Kilda.[cnr Blessington & Herbert Sts, St Kilda Botanical Gardens.]

BYO Picnic lunch [tea and coffee provided]

Guest Speakers:  David Kennedy [Melbourne University- National Centre for Climate Change]  & Neil Blake [Port Phillip EcoCentre]  followed by a beach walk. Hosted by the Victorian Chapter: Australian Coastal Society. Cost Members nil. Non members: $5.00, $10.00 family

2: 15 walk / drive to St Kilda beach

2:30 – 4:00 Beach walk led by Neil Blake

4-4:30 tea & coffee available at EcoCentre or leave from beach

Transport: From Southern Cross Station take 96 tram to St Kilda and get off at the last stop [Acland St]. From Flinders St station take tram 16 or 3a [get off at Luna park] or tram 67 [get off at St Kilda Rd. [Carlisle St.]. By train -to Balaclava station- then take any tram in the direction of the City down Carlilse St and get off at the St Kilda/ Carlisle stop.
